Excellent spacious rooms and got a great deal at the time of booking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything about this hotel. Maybe not the best location for my needs but would definitely stay here again

TOP QUALITY HOTEL AT A SUPER PRICE!!!

"RAY" (Cowbytours) booked a group of 5 into KTK Hotel for 2 nights. ALL were blown away by how amazing this hotel was. For the price, i have never had better and in fact, personally, i don't think i have EVER stayed in such a fancy hotel in my life. The rooms are so modern and so big... huge in fact :) Everything was so clean and smart. Reception and all staff were extremely professional. There was an indoor pool, an outdoor pool... and even a GOLF PUTTING GREEN under the building- we noticed this from the outside pool, just a few yards away!!! :)))) I'm guessing the price is so good because it's a small walk away from the main areas but with baht buses, grab taxis etc, it's not an issue at all. When i next return to Pattaya, i'd 100% stay here again and the other 4 friends would too :)

My only downside was i had a room at the rear of the building, so the view, even though it wasn't bad, is always best on the front of a hotel or a sea view.

Okay for the price but a bit out of the way

Room was clean and comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast fine

Room was dark, very long with only a small amount of daylight, staff pleasant but looked bored, location not so good, walking along the streets was difficult with the traffic and no pavement

Very nice hotel!

The room was very spacious! It has a little kitchenette and balcony which we didn't really use as we were only there for 2 nights. The staff were very accommodating when our flight was delayed by 6 hours and moved us into a smaller room (it was all they had available) so we could still shower and store our bags before the flight.

The location wasn't the best but the hotel had a free shuttle to the main roads (it couldn't go on main roads) so we used that a few times to save the walk. Its close enough to the main beach/walking street without being in a crowded area.

Great accomodation at a very good price

Arrived at property early on first day. Check-in wasn't until 2pm, but the reception staff couldn't be more accommodating, and managed to get us into our room around 9.30am. The room was spacious and comfortable. The maid soon learnt our routine, and timed the cleaning of our room daily whilst we were at breakfast, which was very helpful. Leisure facilities were very good. Inside and outside pools, carpet golf putting green, well stocked gym, and even a sauna!!

One of their front desk ladies, Ms. Tukta always provides excellent customer service. She goes extra miles to ensure your needs are met. Keep up the good work Ms. Tukta

* Same GYM equipment for the last 13 years needs updating * Sauna closing is not being followed by the hotel manager. They shut the sauna prior to closing time of 2 hrs slot. * Bath towels need replacing * Hotel lift broke during the stay, which wasn't fixed till the next day. It wasn't fun claiming stairs to the 6th floor. No apologies from the hotel. Q. Would I stay again? A. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 13 years twice every year. Unless they fix the above issues, I may consider alternative hotel.

A very comfortable stay at a good location that’s great value

Everything was great about the property. It is an exceptional location away from all the chaos, but near enough to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and is a very clean serviced hotel with an excellent swimming pool and food menu. They also have a vehicle to take you up the road close to the action.

At the time of my stay, there was lots of construction going on, and I did not like the fact that there was someone in the apartment above me hammering away at , 8 o’clock in the morning.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast but restaurant meals very inconsistent.

Nice hotel with big rooms, large a refrigerator. Microwave and kettle. The rooms have a small balcony area, with table and chairs it's a great place for drying your clothes or just relaxing. The Swimming pool it was clean and partially shaded. Gym is well equipped and there's a pool table all on the second floor. Nice set up. The staff are, kind friendly and helpful. These a good selection of food for the buffet breakfast and good quality if you buy 10 breakfast vouchers it's only Thb219 each a bit more expensive individualy. Nice restaurant and, sitting area

We had dinner in the restaurant with friends one evening some of the portions are a bit small and not good value. I had Green curry which consisted of a very small shallow dish and a portion of rice the taste was, good but way to small for the price. This was, the smallest meal I had in my 4 weeks in Thailand the size, of some of our meals were very inconsistent. We orded room service one evening my wife' had, Tom yum was, okay I ordered the fish and chips not good value at all 2 very small squares of fish 2.1/2 inches sq and quite thin, about 8 string fries, a slice of lemon a small jug of Tartar sauce and a small piece of lettuce Thb250. Go outside to eat this would not feed a small child.

The Location is ideal, Extremely Comfortable, Great size rooms, the facilities are amazing having a sauna, gym 2 pools which are lush. if i come back to Pattaya KTK is the way forward
